Who am I?
I am Ainhoa Crespán Martínez.
I have more than 30 years of international experience in the business world.
I’ve worked as a corporate executive, an entrepreneur, and a trainer.
My Professional Background
With over 30 years of international experience, I have held leadership positions in companies such as Chupa-Chups, GB Foods, Intersnack, and CMG Worldwide, working across three continents: North America, Europe, and Asia—including leadership roles in the USA, Germany, and China. I later co-founded Nabel, an innovative project in early childhood wellbeing.
Today, I help leaders and teams develop strategic thinking and transform vision into action. I have designed and facilitated trainings for companies and institutions such as: Audi VW, Banco Sabadell, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bosch, CaixaBank, Dekra, Fira Barcelona, GarantiBank International, Kalise Menorquina, Omantel, and QatarEnergy.
